The JCJ·WWB - A Gaming and Hospitality Design Collaborative provides feasibility, development planning and creative direction throughout the project development process. Additionally, we provide and manage complete architectural, interior and engineering design services through project completion. These efforts provide the necessary creative design and technical expertise to interpret financial and operational requirements into highly successful projects. Project delivery systems experience includes design/bid/build, construction management and design/build methods for project completion. JCJ·WWB has wide experience in combining the disciplines of planning, architecture, land planning, building and site engineering and construction to create successful real estate development projects. We have been involved in planning, design, construction and program management of gaming, retail, leisure/resort and hospitality projects around the world. As a team, we believe the issues remain the same when working with these specialized projects: provide amenities which attract increased visitation while recovering the initial investment; increasing visitation/occupancy during "shoulder season;" differentiating and positioning a particular project to be extremely competitive in its market. Our highly experienced staff have been intimately involved in the planning, theming, design and construction of numerous resort and gaming projects.
