Casino Careers Online is an Internet-based system that enables Gaming Industry Employers to effectively access online resumes of qualified casino-gaming/hospitality industry employees for potential hire. Casino Careers utilizes the latest Internet technologies to provide free online resume posting in confidential and open access formats to protect the interests of the employees. Gaming institutions may subscribe annually to the Casino Careers service, based on the number of employees within their facility, for Corporate Membership, which enables them to post unlimited open positions, and to search the database for Candidates who meet their specified qualifications. Additionally, licenses may be purchased beyond a corporate account to allow for multiple-user access to the system. Smaller gaming operations, with sporadic employment needs, may subscribe for Job Posting & Resume Grabber capabilities, which enable them to purchase a defined number of web pages to post open positions (which they may change at anytime) on a quarterly basis. They can access the online resumes of any Candidate who responds to their job posting(s) and can respond using CCO’s customized email.
