Sponsorships Available for all Events: Badge Inserts: Every attendee will receive a badge with a supplied insert for the badge holder, creating walking advertisements for your company. Concession Sponsors: cups, napkins, pending clearance from venue will have sponsors corporate logo. Conference Bag Inserts (not to conflict with bag sponsor) Sponsor logo on soft-sided briefcase distributed to conference attendees. Conference Note Pads: Conference attendees receive notepad with your corporate message. This sponsorship will guarantee you a high profile, as attendees will be referring to their notes after they have left the conference. Consecutive Hallway Banners: Each banner creates an impression, as they multiply so does the perception. As an attendee is entering or exiting the show your corporate logo consecutively on five or more high trafficked areas will crate a lasting impression Attendee Tote Bag: At registration every Conference attendee will receive a tote bag (not plastic) with your corporate message. These can be 2/c or 4/c. Interactive Kiosks: Kiosks will have touch screen displays and can be used as product locators for the show floor. 4/c advertisers per screen will be available. The kiosks will be placed strategically throughout the entrance to the show floor. They can also be placed at conference levels. Internet Café: The Internet Cafe is one of the heaviest traffic areas at our event. Attendees are welcome to come and access their e mail, visit our Website worldgaminglive.com. Sponsor receives overhead signage, screen savers on all work station to display sponsors corporate message, mousepads to have sponsor logo. Registration: Sponsor to have artwork on all registration desk kick panels 4/c. Sponsor banner to be hung in Registration area, additionally sponsor may choose to distribute pens, or pencils bearing sponsor logo at the Registration desk. Coffee Break Sponsors: Sponsor will have visible signage on the coffee buffet tables, as well as an easel sign posted at the conference entrance. Continental Breakfast Sponsor, and or Lunch Sponsor: Sponsor will have corporate logo placed on table tent signs on all buffet tables, in addition there will be easel signage with sponsor logo placed at entrance to conference. Aisle Signage: Own your row! Your company logo on the overhead signage for designated row. This sponsorship guarantees you maximum visibility. Press Room Sponsor: For the highest exposure to the on-site press, your company can sponsor a continental breakfast or light lunch supplied daily to the Press Room. Your corporate message will be posted at all computer stations in the Press Room. Sponsor may also distribute logo'd pens, pencils and pads for the Press Room. Shuttle Bus Sponsor: Sponsor will have an entire side of each shuttle bus to display your 4/c artwork. Additionally your company message on each and every bus stop sign outside the convention center, as well as the signage in and around the host hotels. Room Key Sponsor (at major host hotel): Your company's message on the attendee's electronic key card. This sponsorship guarantees your message will be with the attendee every day of the event. Banners: Your company banner can be used as an entrance to your exhibit. With prominent banner placement at the entrance to an event you will be building branding identity. Locations are available outdoors as well as indoors. Escalator Tent Signage: At each rung of the escalator there will be signage with your company message. It is a show at a glance. The planner contains the floor plan with sponsor's booth highlighted, conference schedules, and show hours. It is a coated 4/c piece with eight foldable panels that can easily be fit in a pocket, or a purse. The sponsor will have advertising on the front, and back panels, as well as across the interior panels of the planner. Press Kit Sponsor: Distribute your company's promotional material to every member of the registered press. International Lounge: Have your company's message be prominently displayed in our VIP Lounge. Join us as we welcome our International Attendees.
