GEM Communications is the worldwide leader in gaming industry trade shows and conferences, presenting several regional and niche-market shows.
  • Racing & Gaming Summit is a brand new one-day conference, December 10, 2002, in Tucson, Arizona. It precedes the 29th Annual Symposium on Racing (December 10-13), presented by the University of Arizona Race Trace Industry Program. The Racing & Gaming Summit addresses the growing trend of race tracks adding lottery and gaming devices to their product mix.
  • American Gaming Summit is a two-day conference for gaming executives, held January 9-10, 2003, at the Rio Suites in Las Vegas. It features dozens of outstanding, influential speakers, investors, and several dozen sponsoring exhibitors. In 2003, American Gaming Summit honors Harrah's Chairman and CEO Phil Satre with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
  • Bingo World is the largest show of its kind in the world, catering specifically to the Bingo industry and its players. It is held March 11-13, 2002, at the Riviera Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.   • New York Gaming Summit returns April 21-22, 2003 to Albany after a highly successful debut in April 2002. This day-and-a-half conference addresses new regulations in New York that permit for the expansion of casino-style gaming among tribal nations and at the state's popular racetracks.
  • Southern Gaming Summit, May 7-8, in Biloxi, Miss., celebrates its gala 10th anniversary in 2003. It is the fastest-growing and largest American gaming show outside of Las Vegas. Several hundred exhibitors show their goods and services to 5,000 gaming executives from throughout the Gulf Coast, Mississippi and the Midwest. Educational seminars, keynote speeches and the popular Taste of the Gulf Coast Casinos gala dinner make this the South's must-attend event.
